Fee schedule
This is our fee schedule. It outlines the standard rates we charge and provides details of how we pass on expenses.
1. Hourly rates
In matters where we charge an hourly rate, we will charge:
For a Principal, $500/hour
For a Paralegal, $200/hour
2. Fixed fee
If we agree to provide you with a fixed fee for a particular scope of work, this will be outlined in your engagement document. A hourly rate does not apply to work for which a fixed fee has been agreed.
3. Tax, discounts and review
All figures are exclusive of GST and do not include any discount we may have offered you. Our rates are reviewed annually at the end of each financial year, at which time they may change.
4. Expenses
If we incur an expense on your behalf, we will pass that expense on to you at cost. We do not add anything to the cost of expenses.
We do not charge for printing or photocopying, however we do pass on the costs we incur for major document production or management, where that document production or management is provided by a third party.
