Our Fee Schedule
This is our fee schedule. It outlines:
our rates
information about our fees
how we pass on expenses.
If you have questions about our fees, please contact accounts@angusandcarr.com. We do not charge to answer questions about our fees.
1. Hourly rates
In matters where we charge an hourly rate, we will charge in 6 minute increments (referred to as ‘units’) or part thereof. We charge depending on the seniority and experience of the staff working on your matter, as follows:

2. Fixed fee
If we agree to provide you with a fixed fee for a particular scope of work, this will be outlined in your engagement document. A hourly rate does not apply to work for which a fixed fee has been agreed.
3. Tax, discounts and review
All figures are exclusive of GST and do not include any discount we may have offered you. Our rates are regularly reviewed and may change in accordance with our Standard Terms of Service. Existing clients with ongoing matters will receive advance notice of any rate change.
4. Expenses
If we incur an expense on your behalf, we will pass that expense on to you at cost. We do not add anything to the cost of expenses.
We do not charge for printing or photocopying, however we do pass on the costs we incur for major document production or management, where that document production or management is provided by a third party.
