Initial consultation fee acknowledgment

An initial consultation is charged at a fixed fee of $220 (including GST) for up to 45 minutes. This is a discounted rate for initial consultations only. We will issue an invoice shortly after the initial consultation, which will due within 14 days.
After we have received further information and assessed your case, we will provide you with an estimate of the fees and costs associated with next steps, so you can decide whether to proceed. Those additional fees will be governed by a costs agreement.
